From June 1, 2023, OPH Oktal Pharma d.o.o. officially takes over the representation of Kenvue products on the Slovenian market, which includes brands already known to Slovenian consumers: Nicorette, Olynth, Calpol, Calgel, Regaine, Visiclear.
Kenvue is a former part of Johnson & Johnson (J&J), which became an independent economic company at the end of last year, when the American pharmaceutical company Johnson & Johnson announced its intention to separate it. At the same time, the company decided to hand over its quality products for distribution and marketing to the Croatian wholesaler Oktal Pharma d.o.o., Zagreb, which is the founder and 100% owner of the Slovenian company OPH Oktal Pharma d.o.o.
Kenvue (pronounced ken·view) a name created from two words: "ken" - meaning knowledge, an English word used mainly in Scotland, and "vue" referring to sight.
The process of doing business with Kenvue's well-known brands will continue as it has been until now, and we will do our best to make the change as imperceptible as possible and to be able to take even bigger steps together in the near future. The products will continue to be available in all Slovenian pharmacies and specialized stores (Nicorette).
